Microblading in Boca Raton
Get the picture-perfect brows you’ve always dreamed of with our professional microblading service in Boca Raton.

Everybody loves to have on-fleek eyebrows 24/7. Unfortunately, not all of us are born with naturally gorgeous brows, the likes of Cara Delevingne and Audrey Hepburn.
Many of us can only rely on eyebrow pencils, brow pomades, brow gels, and brow whatnots just to achieve our dream brows. But drawing your eyebrows every morning requires serious patience and dedication – something most of us have in short supply.
No worries. With microblading, you can forget about penciling in your brows every single day. It’s the semi-permanent solution to your eyebrow woes.
If you’re looking for the best microblading in Boca Raton, you’ve come to the right place. At The Pearl Med Spa, our talented and fully-certified aestheticians have years of experience performing microblading. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
How long does microblading last?
Microblading results typically last between 1 to 2 years, depending on your skin type and how you take care of your brows. In general, the more oily your skin is, the faster the ink will fade.
What can I expect after the procedure?
Immediately after the procedure, you may feel tenderness and some mild swelling in your eyebrow area. The pigment will also appear a lot darker than your natural color. But all these usually subside after a few days.
Is microblading painful?
Like any cosmetic procedure that involves the use of needles, microblading poses a certain level of discomfort. But no worries. We will apply numbing cream before the procedure to make the process more comfortable for you.
How long will microbladed brows fully heal?
The entire healing process can take about a month or two, depending on your body’s regeneration ability. Your brows will also heal faster if you follow our aesthetician’s post-care instructions.
What is Microblading?
Microblading is a type of semi-permanent tattoo for your eyebrows. It uses a special device with very tiny needles to create short, thin strokes that mimic natural eyebrow hair.
Unlike regular tattoos, however, microblading doesn’t use concentrated tattoo ink. Instead, our aesthetician uses a special type of cosmetic ink with smaller pigment particles. This creates softer and more subtle lines making the tattoo look more natural.
In addition, microblading ink is deposited only at the topmost layer of the skin. As such, it tends to fade after a few years, giving you plenty of flexibility to keep up with the current brow trends.
Microblading vs. Microshading
Though they sound similar, there’s a vast difference between microblading and microshading.
While microblading creates hair like strokes, microshading or powder brows have a softer and more powdery finish. With the former, you can distinguish the individual hair like strokes. While the latter looks more like semi-permanent makeup.
What Happens During a Microblading Procedure?
At The Pearl Spa, our microblading treatment is tailored to your preferences and facial features. So we start each session with a consultation about brow shaping options, eyebrow color, and the like.
Once we’re clear about what you do and don’t want for your brows, we’ll apply numbing cream. Once it has taken effect, we’ll start shaping your brows and drawing the hairlike strokes. This process can take a while as we’ll need to do multiple strokes for each of your brows. In some cases, we may need to make multiple passes at a single stroke for the pigment to be fully absorbed into the skin.
On average, however, a microblading procedure takes about an hour. Though this can vary depending on your brow shape and hair color.
Is Microblading For You?
While microblading may look great for people with thin or sparse eyebrows, it’s not generally recommended if you already have lots of eyebrow hair. You may end up having bushy brows instead of naturally fuller ones.
Your skin type can also affect your suitability for microblading. In general, this procedure isn’t recommended for people with sensitive skin or who are suffering from cystic acne. Remember that the process creates small tears on your skin to deposit the cosmetic ink. As such, it can worsen any skin inflammation and may end up exacerbating your breakouts.
